Epstein’s Brother Claims FBI is ‘Sanitizing’ the Epstein Files to Exclude Names of Republicans

For the past several months, the Epstein files have primarily dominated U.S. politics.

President Donald Trump has clashed with prominent MAGA Republicans, such as Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), over the issue.

Throughout the 2024 campaign trail, the president pledged to release the notorious files that the government has concealed for decades.

However, just months after being in office, Trump’s tune appeared to change.

At first, the president directed the Department of Justice (DOJ) to release phases of the documents, which it did; however, Americans yearned for additional information.

The DOJ, specifically Attorney General Pam Bondi, faced heavy criticism for delaying the release of the Epstein files.

After a lengthy delay, the GOP-led House Oversight Committee released over 20,000 documents last week, many of which contained Trump’s name.

In fact, as Resist the Mainstream previously reported, Jeffrey Epstein’s brother, Mark, released an email asking if Russian President Vladimir Putin had the images of Trump “blowing Bubba.”

Upon the release of the email, it was reported that former President Bill Clinton was nicknamed “Bubba,” sparking various theories about what Mark could be referring to.

In an interview with NewsNation, Mark claimed that the delayed release of the files was due to the FBI deliberately removing the names of Republican officials, as the Daily Mail reported.

“I’ve been recently told the reason they’re going to be releasing these things, and the reason for the flip is that they’re sanitizing these files,” Mark told the outlet. “There’s a facility in Winchester, Virginia, where they’re scrubbing the files to take Republican names out of it.”

Trump’s perspective on the files changed quickly after his supporters railed against him for referring to the documents as a “hoax.”

Democrats released troves of emails on social media, with redactions, that showed Epstein referring to Trump as a bad person who “knew about the girls,” meaning the heinous sex crimes that the infamous billionaire carried out with underage women.

The House and Senate passed a bill to force the DOJ to release the Epstein files, which the president signed last night.

However, the bill includes exceptions that could affect when and how the files get released, according to ABC News.

Although Trump signed the legislation, he is still referring to the issue as a “hoax” perpetrated by Democrats.

In Truth Social, Trump shared a post by attorney David Shoen that argues if Epstein had “dirt” on him, he could have used such information to escape the criminal case that he faced before his death.

“It’s a Democrat Hoax for purposes of deflection, just like the Russia, Russia, Russia Scam!!! They had the sleazy relationships with Epstein, and should be prosecuted!!!” Trump said.
