Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton is still hospitalized and will need surgery after he injured himself this week.
Perez Hilton shocked viewers on Tuesday evening as he appeared to violently cut himself during a TikTok livestream.
TikTok suspended the account.
Video of the shocking self-harm was reposted to X on Tuesday evening with calls to pray for Perez Hilton.
The disturbing video shows a fully nude Perez Hilton covered in blood as he uses a knife to cut himself.
Perez Hilton’s legal name is Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr., and he is best known for his celebrity gossip blog PerezHilton.com.
Perez Hilton has three biological children – a son and two daughters, all born through surrogacy.
According to TMZ, the children were inside the home before Perez Hilton snapped and began cutting himself.
A family member took the children out of the Miami home and fled.
The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office was flooded with phone calls regarding Perez Hilton’s disturbing livestream.
Law enforcement arrived at Perez Hilton’s South Florida home and confirmed he was alone inside.

Perez Hilton will remain hospitalized under Florida’s Baker Act and will need surgery from his injuries.

Perez Hilton’s family is sharing a major update on his well-being after his dangerous acts on a live stream earlier this week.
His family told fans via his website that he’s still in a Florida hospital under the Baker Act, which allows for the temporary and involuntary detention of someone who is experiencing a severe mental health crisis.
They added, “His communication has been extremely limited and confined to immediate family, medical providers, and others directly involved in his care.” His family shared on Thursday they were able to make contact with him, which gave them “hope.”
The family described Perez’s condition as “serious but stable,” adding … “He experienced significant blood loss and sustained additional injuries that will require surgery in the coming days.”
They continued, “His treatment and recovery will be a long process. We are grateful that Perez was able to spend time with his mother and sister yesterday.”
